Any praise you wish to lavish on these beautiful honey-roasted sweet potatoes (and believe me there will be lots) needs to go directly to our friend Jenks, the man responsible for bringing us the revolutionary Seared Tuna I shared with you recently. They were a side dish in that post, but I have decided that they need a spot all of their own so that we don’t forget about them. They go wonderfully with almost anything, or just as they are.
